As a general matter, the antitrust laws prohibit competitors from agreeing on matters that restrain competition. Because WALRAA's law school members compete with one another and WALRAA's law firm members compete with one another, WALRAA members are forbidden from using this Discussion Board to carry out discussions about or to enter into agreements regarding any aspect of that competition or about topics that could materially impact the markets in which members compete. If you have questions whether a particular topic can or cannot be discussed on this Discussion Board, you should raise those questions with your organization’s counsel before posting on the topic.
