Very helpful, Lisa, thanks!  We used to use viRecruit for our ATS but moved to Workday in 2020.  We use WebEx with Workday for interviewing and think that Flo would be a smoother process for interviews, especially callbacks, but worry about the disconnect between Flo and Workday or any ATS.

Thanks, Nicole!  Would you be able to share what your current firm uses for your applicant tracking system (ATS) and for interviewing?  Perkins currently uses Workday for our ATS and utilizes the interviewing function Workday provides (using WebEx for virtual interviews).  

Are any law firms using Flo Recruit's full Interviewing & Networking Events package? This package from Flo Recruit is essentially what many of us have seen for virtual OCIs done through Flo Recruit or for networking events; however, the main the difference is it allows for any interviews or networking events to be scheduled for the law firm by the law firm rather than only events run by the school or OCI schedules.  We’re trying to get a good idea if the suite/package is something we should explore more and wondered if any firms already using it would have some useful feedback for us.
